This is a very useful meter which measures the exposure required when using flash. It provides a clear, simple readout of the aperture required – even when using complex lighting setups such as multiple flash, bounce, etc.

It can be used equally well with 35mm, medium format, large format or digital systems, and for full size studio shoots or table top close ups and product shots, using flash units with a standard PC synchro cable (extension and adapter supplied). It can measure other types of flash, too, so could be used to calculate the exposure required for studio flash units with a standard 1/4-inch or 6.35mm synchro socket.
