This is a Fujifilm Finepix IS-1 camera. It is modified (by Fuji, at time of manufacture) so that the sensor is more sensitive to infrared light in the 400nm - 900nm range. When fitted with an infrared filter, which is included in the sale, it produces images that are reminiscent of Kodak High Speed Infrared film.
