The No 2 Folding Pocket Brownie is a folding camera made by Kodak in Rochester, NY, USA, from c. 1909. It has a rectangular, leatherette covered wooden body, and a sliding lens post connected to the body by black leather bellows. It takes 6 x 9 cm exposures on 120 roll-film.
The lens is a 4.5 inch meniscus achromatic with an iris diaphragm having a simple 1, 2, 3 scale. The shutter is a Brownie automatic, providing 3 speeds (T, B and I - the latter is about 1/30 - 1/40 sec). Focusing can be set to three positions (100, 20, 8 feet) by a lever on the baseboard. There is a reflecting viewfinder on the baseboard that flips out for portrait orientation.
