This is a Zorki-11 35mm film camera, made by KMZ in Russia from 1964 to 1978. It is a hefty beast, with all major parts made in metal (it weighs around 650g). There is a selenium exposure meter around the lens. The lens itself is an Industar-63, 45mm f/2.8.
